@AkameXEsdeath did you make sure everything you need is in vcc?? you need VRCFury, d4rkAvatarOptimizer, Non-Destructive Modular Framework, Avatar Compressor, and ofc Poi Shaders, and if you're using face tracking one you have to add VRCFT - Jerry's Templates for it to upload.

@AkameXEsdeath From what it says, the problem seems to be the compressor so make sure you have it set up correctly
