Download Link (pixeldrain.com) Version 3.0 They have it on Cs.Rin.Ru and a guide on how to use it since you need to put a crack on Steam itsself.
(EAC has never detected this and probably never will even with GreenLuma. The only thing that happened was Yt-DLP in VRC not working which I fixed by just downloading it myself and putting it into Appdata/LocalLow/VRChat/Tools)
