Tag Addition

If a post is missing crucial tags, they can be added by another user, maybe with at least 5 rep?
Or maybe a tag can be suggested and if enough people agree then it can be added.
It would also be logged in the comments similar to when a mod edits a post so it's easy to keep track.
I think it'd be helpful for those that don't quite understand the system or just happen to miss a relevant tag. -
I don’t believe other users adding tags will help solve the issue, as trolls can cause a lot of grief.
