The PSD zipped in the latest either isn't updated or the author forgot to add the missing UV elements in the textures.

@Virmmi you'll need to extract the rar file with 7zip or winrar to see all of the files.
I was also wondering where the files was when I extracted it with Windows's default extract, turns out I just needed to extract it with another program. -

even in the latest version, they're still there
