@Orthrus thank you for sharing the image. We now have a lead. Do you happen to be in contact with the source of the person who uploaded the image? The Chiffon avatar they're using, are you able to provide the Chinese simplified letters of the avatar's name by any chance?

@Bubbleuwu If we look at the camera we have a name ,
here the user i used vrcX to see the avatar details but its the komado avatar sample so my guess is that this tentacle thing is either a standalone avatar OR from a world -
Based on the image background, it appears that it was taken at '中文补番追番动漫屋'. However, this world is only a public space for video player and does not include tentacles as seen in the picture. Therefore, it can be inferred that the tentacle is an independent avatar.

@kolokoyz93 Most likely, the only thing you need to make this is to set the animation on the person who sits in it

I think I've seen the blob before as well but cannot exactly track where it can be found but tentacles I could source least some of them. -

@NeppyNepper Through some means I know that this is from China, the author made it himself, and has not sold it, so it is difficult for us to get this stuff
@Orthrus Yeah my best assumption is that its made from MMD props and other miscellaneous things, as proven from bowlroll link. But yeah I'm almost 99% percent certain that's the case here.
Also I know for certainty on some of those because I've used them on my own works as well.

I could theorize what was done, but I don't know how to attach things to specific location. so it would work for every avatar. They got slightly different bone names. -
