looks like one of Ginjo_soma's setups, in which case it's probably a private custom
one or two of theirs have been leaked before, like an Elegg one by MarshOni, but at best you're probably gonna have to find individual assets/base and make a copycat build

That looks like Runa's head, with blonde hair. I can tell from the way the hair covers the face and the ears.
