I want to address something important regarding my recent work on the avatar project.
Due to the situation being brought to the attention of the original artist (Noodelexenjoyer), I’ve been informed that I am no longer permitted to continue developing or discussing the avatar. This decision comes as a result of potential legal action, which I have to take seriously.
Additionally, there have been threats of doxxing made in relation to this situation. Because of that, I need to prioritize my safety and step away completely.
Because of all of this, I will no longer be continuing the project or engaging in any discussion about it moving forward.
I understand this may be disappointing, and I appreciate those who supported or showed interest in what I was working on. Thank you for your understanding.
@that_guybadger didnt noodlexenjoyer say that he was technically okay with the recreation based from one of his post when he mentioned this thread? thats out of character for him to threaten you with legal action.

And its been like 2 months since badger said anything about the files that were being worked on in their spare time it does make me wonder though did badger even have the files to begin with? Why wouldnt they hand the files that were being worked on here for someone else to finish the job

I Found someone with the ripped files WE are working on the avi in our spare time. >:)
@that_guybadger on this part , you should've been gave us the .vrca files to being wtih. im not gonna lie to you , you could've saved us all the trouble and did that. specially if you know someone that ripped it and such

@LowLvl theres also a post from noodlexenjoyer saying something about us recreating it is more better than flat out ripping the model from them entirely. not to stir up any drama or whatever but i honestly think badger was lying the entire time.
if you arent lying then you could send the vrca OR the unfinished work. again, it would be weird of noodlexenjoyer to just threaten you when he himself was fine with the recreation in the first place.
