@Whatwouldyou Now this is a stupid suggestion and I can't believe I'm doing this but would your friend by chance be willing to sell it to me but with the original textures instead of his custom ones? (Assuming he uses custom made textures)

Lo and behold, your savior has arrived. Saved in multiple places.
I just uploaded it today. It's just the unitypackage file. There is no SPP (substance painter) file unfortunately unless you make one yourself with the fbx. I'll keep it up indefinitely.
All the work has been done already so all ya gotta do is upload the PC version, and if you want the android version for Quest.Dropbox:
