A simplified (lazy-friendly) version has been remade using VRCA by @freeofit. The tattoo toggle fixed, and everything is working
reworked metal
tatto still 4K
only need to unzip and add the project using VCC

@sayaaaa everything was working the tattoo toggle was working i just hadn’t looked in game uet i was looking based off gesture manager

@freeofit yeah some toggles will only take effect after the material is locked ，I usually upload it to the game and observe until it's complete
So the version I made is simple only need to log into account XD
