LF: This E-girl looking model (No idea the name)

A friend of my husband and I asked him if he could find this model for his girlfriend. (She is also a friend of ours).
Apparently she had this model once before, but now can't find it. I tried searching online as well as VRC, but I found no luck. According to online sources, it seems to be an edited model.If anyone could find the model name it would be a great help. Thank you.
