A lazy rip version using vrca by @freeofit everything is working
reworked metal
FT+GOGO+SPS+Lighting Sliders+LimbScaling
(I'm not sure if FT is working the vrca doesnt have FT but the avatar have UE blender shape so i add)

only need to unzip and add the project using VCC

@lpyo i think is vrca problem bc the vrca doesn have ft can only wait for another VRCA or the real files

@lpyo ofc would you mind sharing a solution? maybe others are dealing with the same issue I dont have FT so its hard for me to troubleshoot anything related to it

@blessing i had the same issue with another avatar and found out if you just use winrar or 7Zip to unpack the file you can get to it.
