@flickeringlights just unzip the file and drag it into your project , then you should fine the file in your assets folder , click on it , click on exported project , then assets then you should find a prefab of the avatar which u can edit and upload however u like , if u want the fbx use Unity's fbx exporter

Hello fellow colleague, yes, that’s right. I can also extract worlds, but unfortunately, the files I extract are in VRCW format. I hope I can get some useful information from you, and this is also a sort of learning opportunity.
First, let me explain the problem I’m facing: all the files I extract require manual rendering. Unlike regular models, they don’t render automatically when dragged into a Unity scene. Are there any good rendering tools or extraction tools you can recommend?
The tool I’m using outputs VRCW files, which unpack into folders. I’m hoping to get tools from you that can directly extract folders or good rendering software. I believe my materials are correct, but all other components have failed! I have to recreate them manually. -
