need help having VRCA avatars made into working avatars that are easy to upload

Thanks to someone's help I got a few files for some avatars, but I need help having them be unity assessable due to me being new to this. If possible, please make it so there isn't any errors upon upload, because i genuinely have no idea what i'm doing. Thank you if you help me

@vampblxxd working a few rn also letting you know i have zero idea how to fix the FT scripts so if you planed to use these for FT you'd have to add it onto it if you know how
