I'm trying to find this avatar. Can somebody help me?

Not sure, been looking for the assets too (tail, ears, hair, vans, etc.). The base model (clothes) seems to be gate-kept.

I can assure you they're public assets, I know I used to have the glasses and the shirt and pants as well the base model is really common so you can totally find it if you look around.
If you can get it ripped you can get the fbx to separate everything using "Uni.VRM" to convert it to a VRM then import to Blender and export as FBX
