The only problems I could find with this avatar were:
"Flashlight" world constraint not working: Can just remove and add the asset back.
Tongue not working: This has 3 parts but the physbones is the biggest one.
The Tongue Physbones seem to not work at all. I tried turning on each physbone in the heirarchy and the rotation constraints, but that only made the physbones work until you stuck over 14% of the tongue out. The animation seems to bring up many missing "MonoBehaviors" but I can't figure out what to do with that.
The "Tongue Movement" wasn't working, but I was able to move it a bit by changing the radial menu to a four axis.
The "Tongue Thickness" toggle seems to make no change, but that's fine.
Heres a quest version I uploaded, but since I'm too lazy to optimize there's only 1 or 2 outfits. -

The head is from a "Moe" (booth base) that was swapped onto the body, you'll just need the same kind of assets to make it look the same (lip piercing, eyebag, eyes and such).
