I have a question, when I go to the links of the original source model I noticed that Thay come with images but your links don't include them, the question is are the images important for the models or not (I'm asking because I still didn't use them) @lunarfazbear
@imdiyngfromcorn I'm a little confused but, The images in the form are ones from the original pages, but when you download them there should be no images that come with it.

Hi im new to unity so if any of yall can help me understand why the textures arent loading on any of these models thatll help. i saw that i need poiyomi and VRCfury, i managed to install poiyomi but not VRCfury. i tried looking for error messages but i didnt get any help with those. thanks.

As for the textures not showing up I don't understand. Typically All you need to import is poi, VRC fury and maybe VRC quest tools. At least that's what I have among other things but it should work if you import all that then the avatar package after and not before
