Is using the 2wintails model live risky?

Hi everyone, so I have a genuine question: How risky is it to use the 2wintails template for streaming/content creation? I've wanted to buy it from the beginning, but I don't have the money and A terrible salary to feed a family XD I don't know the terms of service and I'm really afraid they might report me even though I'm a tiny vtuber. What do you think?

@seryuha , I completely understand. I've purchased many other models in the past only to regret after buying. I enjoy this forum because at least I can test out models to know if I would actually use them. I paid thousands of dollars over the year only to now look into customizable models. I'd only be smoll time anyway but even $100+ is a lot for something you may not use in the end. So, test them out to find out which you like best.
In the models I've tested so far in order or preference.
- 2wintails / easily customizable. No real learning curve. Excellent anime quality. Loli to adult styles.
- Prims / very pretty. The new version takes a little more experience. Older versions easy peasy.
- LizMeta / nice. Lots of downloads available in discord.
- Suiika / older model. More adult style looking. Many options for free to download and customize for free.
(Haven't tested Sen yet) I doubt I will after trying 2wintails. It's more my style of vtuber.
