Tried looking everywhere. I have only found people who do avatar edits/additions. For the Blender work, it's too expensive for me. I was looking for someone who could turn this drawing into an avatar. Not something overpriced, especially when I could help look for assets if the avatar can be kitbashed. Hopefully, I will find an answer soon.
The art is not mine; I do claim it to be mine. Just a reference to what I want.
