does anyone know how to make it work like a normal tongue instead of split?

Try to add it to the avi then on the VRC SDK tab try to log out then in again and then remove and then re add the blueprint ID from the SDK content tab. If you look at the errors console tab does it have any red hexagons?

@Hepyn I tried to upload it too, it breaks because it has a MeshCollider component to smooth out the animation and the SDK doesn't like it

without the mesh collider the animation of the tongue coming in and out look pretty bad, does anyone know any workarounds or other ways to let the SDK upload an avatar with a MeshCollider?

@Hepyn Mesh collider was the problem like @probablyeasy said. Im on pcvr
@namde you can just press the "auto fix" button and it'll upload and work mostly fine in-game, the only weird thing i've noticed is that the tongue will sway from side to side a bit while coming out of the mouth, but aside from that it works fine
