is this for the ellie model from the mod to blender? i can do this with several methods, but the format it's exported from blockbench with will change the result.
the two outfits are two separate models in the mod. blockbench reads the .json files for the models and you can export them in many blender readable formats.

the automatic rigs that are made from exports are pretty bad though. still valuable to have the models though since afaik the mod was taken down
