ok so i decided that i gave a shot on trying to tig Millie in blender by following a video that guides me where to manually pl;ace the rig and certain parts of the mesh
thought i gotten everything until the clothes and everything was clipping when testing the bending direction of the armature. i pretty much gave up cuz idk what is causing the rest of the model to be left behind while her clothes, hair, eyes and even her insides of her mouth were moving instead out of her body
if anyone else is willing to bless their Blender experiance and knowlage to finish this work to be ported please do so.
for the videos in question i'll leave them here for others to look over. i only stopped at rigging but didnt do the facial rigging, visms unfortunately

Edit: the name of the file does say rigged but again, most of the parts are coming off of the Body Mesh so you'd probably have o tweek a lot of things to get what you're lookin for
