What the fuck, this is hell.
Either need to re-make every bone & weight paint for every single clothing piece on this including head & body, or, learn to set it up.
It's over 1000 bones because of the indicators, and even when removed, one is left with 600 bones out of which ~300 are twist, angle, rotation. I never see bases for VRC use this - one for ease of making clothes for it, other is that results in FBT are weird when using. This requires a rarely-used constraint setup in unity. All bones are setup in armature by name in a list top to bottom, there's no "Hip" "Armature" and there's no "Chest". Face expressions aren't setup for the head with BLENDSHAPES as it was expected to use BONE MOVEMENTS for it.
Everything does seem to work in latest blender, but using "drivers" is beyond my Blender skill level, you need to be really good, not a hobbyist to know how to make anything out of it.

I actually had worked on models like that, 3 in fact and ported them into VRChat, the first was Midna, the other two were Sonic and Tails made by a guy called TBSF.
All 3 were annoying to fix, especially Midna, which came from SmutBase.
From what I learned, its much easier to go through EVERY bone and find which ones control what (if anything) and have them be the parent or child of the bones you need them to be parented or childed to. Then you can delete every bone you don't need. Cleaning up the extras rather quickly.OR you can do option 2 which is the fastest, but can break the model, you can find these bones like before that control the model (They're usually bones called DEF or ORG) OR go through the weight paints of the model and see what weights it DOES have (Obviously it will be named with the bone so it would be easier to find the controlled bones). Delete the entire armature, make one that makes sense. Reparent the model to the bones, then go and rename the weights to the bones you created. If there are some like: index_l_00, index_l_001, index_l_002, index_l_003 (having four bones instead of 3) you can go into the modifiers and search for "Vertext Weight Mix". Click on the weight you want to have the added weight, add the second one you want to be added to the first, click on "add" instead of "replace", then apply. You keep doing that for every one you need. Best part is that you can only do one side first and THEN dupe the already finished weights you did and mirror topology.
This may not be the BEST way to do it, but its A WAY to do it.

I've started working on the avatar today and after around 6 to 8 hours of work I'm almost done with blender, hopefully I can get it done either Friday or next Monday. Hope y'all are ready to be fed after so long lol

Another little update on the model, I've noticed that the finger bones are a little off so I'll have to fix that but outfit toggles and accessorie toggles are all working in VRC
Hopefully I'll be able to finish this soon, It's been pretty fun to mess around with the model tbh lolSidenote but do y'all want me to include SPS in the unity package?

@PotatoLord when you're done with the blender fixes, i dont mind just getting the fbx. I know how to use unity fine.
