OK, I had my fun gatekeeping my own edit, so I'll share it here cause I don't wear it anymore and can care less about it ATP.
This is my own personal edit of the Jouffa avi that I headswapped so it has the face tracking blendshapes.
body scaling also dosent work, i didn’t add it cause i personally didn’t use it. but im sure u can readd it urself
It's really bad, and I've never done a headswap before, so IT IS JANK and BAD. But it works.
quest and PC version included, both with FT capabilities. Just upload as is (check readme for dependencies), and everything syncs.

@k1tty Could be the fact whichever sdk version and whatnot ur using. maybe using newer templates of face tracking breaks it. i made this awhile ago so im not sure if i left screenshots of which versions im using but try to downgrade to what i used and try and reupload. path rewrite should be set correctly so i dont think you need to change that. thats the only thing i can think of.

Dosent have the FT blenshapes, but I was albe to wrk sum else out ^^ -
@Insiga I don't really remember but I fixed it I just wanted the head on right I haven't meet anyone that can do it and there are easy head swap tutorials on YouTube
