i made an edited version of the adult milltina using the preset below

(you'll need it installed as well as milltina)as i usually just convert models to mmd, i'm new to making prefabs.
so it probably needs to be worked on a little for vrc.
the blink and smile blendshapes will need to be dialled back
the "white" version is the one in the package as that was the result of converting it to fbx
maybe it would be easier to just share the scene.
but you'll have to bake the blendshapes yourself.
to do so go to "body" on the model and in the inspector select the bake script with 3 vertical dots and go to bake at the bottom of the list. you'll have to reset the morphs to 0 afterwards. so add the reset script through add component and reset it in the same way as the other script.let me know how it goes.
