These look like Milltina edits, all they did is make the breast blendshapes beyond the normal limits via blender or unity scripts

A little bit of that and also just making the bones themselves bigger, super easy and people over complicate it tbh
Also SURPRISE They are Kumaly and Ichigo base >:3
