Bump Latest version for Lyria

As taikeru said, Dor's licenser is only really required for the presets, you don't absolutely need it. However, if for some reason you want to use it, I made a version that works without a real license. When the prompt shows up, just enter anything you want into the text box and press "Validate". It'll prompt you to import poi and jerry's ft addon, so just let it do so and you'll be in.

can you add DLC to the cracked versions? whenever i try, it doesn't show up in the dor tab
