@RizzyRobert112 Those are called visemes, its about 15 blendshapes that is made from 3 blendshapes (AH, CH and OH mostly by default, sometimes can be different) which makes your model's mouth move when you talk

@RizzyRobert112 Did you select the Armature along with the rest of the model?
If so, check what your FBX Exporter is. Better FBX is one of the better options.

quick update, i'm gonna work on the vismes last since they'll take a while to make, so in the meantime i'll make sure it all works and then once i'm sure i'll release an early version without vismes

quick update, gonna upload the port soon but i've decided i'm not gonna update it to have vismes and stuff like that, i've spent enough time on this and there's other things i'd like to port too.

here it is, vrc ready, probably not quest compatible but has everything included so you can make your own edits and tweaks (info and dependencies are in the .txt file include with the download)
i port avatars sometimes, @ me on an avatar you'd like ported and i might consider doing it.
