I would put money on it being Milltina's body. Her thighs do not go that big by default though, some amount of editing was done.
I can't make out if the little spike in the eye lash is part of the lashes, or the upper eye lid. If it's the lashes, it's definitely Milltina, otherwise it would have to be a headswap, as Milltina's upper eye line is smooth with no spike.
