if you have some unity knowledge its very easy to install, specially using vrcfury but since a lot o people is asking here is a guide.
first you NEED
poiyom Poiyomi Shader 8 or newer
Avatar 3.0 Manager
Final-IK Stub
VRC Fury
if you don't know how to get this use google and the forum (No they don't come with the provided link)make sure they are all installed and import your stratagem pack
in the project folder go to ( !!!!!Booth Skaley Particles > Skaleys Stratagem VRC Asset > Prefabs > PC > VRCFury Instillation )
and drag and drop the prefab in the hierarchy inside your avatar
in the hierarchy expand "Skaley Stratagem System (SSS)" and look for "Body Constraints (Edit Here)" expand that and edit the position of the component.if you have experience using vrcfury you can move the menu to the desire location editing the controller in "Skaley Stratagem System (SSS)"
and done.
you have (probably) successfully installed stratagem system into the avatar.good luck, have fun but more importantly SPREAD DEMOCRACY.

ended up buying it and its so damn simple to set up. if for some reason all the placements are weird on YOUR avatar just reajust them to where they need to be. cheers cuties :3 -

Ok so I know the thing uses poi toon, but idk what's going cause for some reason the screen FX specifically are coming out as the shader error pink
