@Protagonist. if we're seriously treating 'I've heard' claims as hard confirmation just because someone says 'she told her inner circle,' we'd have to buy into every vague discord rumor out there. It's classic hearsay. there is no direct quote from cryptia, no screenshot of her saying the revamps are staying private forever, and nothing public at all.
believing unverified, second-hand gossip is just jumping to conclusions. cryptia has been working on these revamps for a long fucking while now, and keeping them private forever would cause two huge problems:
A. A massive loss of money by missing out on new buyers.
B. Serious damage to her reputation.people who already paid and are still waiting would get nothing. that would spark a whole chain of 'don't trust this person' warnings, and it'd be pretty stupid for her to risk that.
if you wanna believe the gossip, you do you. But until there's direct confirmation from cryptia herself, it's just a rumor.
@Eigniht As much as i dont like cryptia this is not the way, damaging someone reputation for shit like this is stupid mainly when there is no actual hard evidence. You are 100% right spitting straight facts, cryptia would miss out on a lot of money and fuck up her reputation so thats not happening.
Doing shit like this is only gonna make things worse, def would not support whatever shit is Protagonist doing.

Sure, you could make the argument that it taking this long is already hurting Cryptia's reputation. But that's just the thing; we know she's taking long. That's about it. Everything else we've heard is nothing but hearsay from secondhand people who haven't even posted screenshots of these conversations.
Is Cryptia working on them? Who knows. Are they even still planned to be made at all? Who knows. I don't know, you don't know, no one but people Cryptia speaks to knows.
If the wait has become to long for you, you're welcome to walk away and find other avatars. There are plenty to lay your hands on here, even ones with similar proportions or styles to these. But spreading rumors just because you can't stand that wait doesn't just hurt the person making them; it hurts everybody. The pressure is real and it can potentially make or break these avatars even existing at all, which would hurt the people who paid for it, and the people who have waited for it and been promised it.
