As far as I know one other guy said it, but this is unfortunately a private model. Did a little searching to see how one can get it with the only way I've seen from a reply of theirs is an artist reaching out and if Eggman likes their gallery will hand them the model to use. Unless one of us here uploads explicit 3D content that they like, I don't see us getting it anytime soon unfortunately
