Anyone else has this issue where the mesh on the nipples just broke out of nowhere?
Idk how to fix this and I suck at blender, I would appreciate the help since it happened on the backup files as well somehow...

@TakuKenji That looks like the quest version of the model. And yes, the textures are fractured on the quest version due to the way the maker decimated it to reduce the polygon count

@Rocky5 I solved it by importing the pc mesh (the fbx) into the quest project, selecting the pc body mesh on the quest body skinned mesh and used polytool to reduce the polygon count from 153k to 100k :3

@CodeGiver_01 Thanks :3 first I tried editing the texture only to realise that there was nothing wrong with it.

Then after looking at the mesh in game on prismic with my partner I though "huh, the texture has the right shape on pc but not on quest, what if I try using the pc mesh?" tried it without optimising, failed, tried again lowering polygon count from 153K to 110K-ish with polytool and ta-daaah!~
