it's more extracting texture and model data from a compiled asset rather than getting a unity package directly from extraction; you'll have to fix it yourself.
for asset extraction try SARS or AssetStudio

if you can find a way to load a compiled asset you can use Pumpkin's Avatar Tools to transfer everything (physbones, colliders, ect)
