Technically yes and no.For yes: I and some others have the model, but only as a Blend file or an FBX, the main issue: textures not matching up with the body to give it that seamless look.
For no: By default, the model that was created by and uploaded by the same person has not been redistributed to others. Only two people in VRChat actually have the model via Blender, FBX and Unity.
