I do not blame anyone that wants a refund just based on the dumb rule changes. The fact that "oh it's a digital product so no refunds" is even a valid excuse in their eyes is fucking stupid.
What if the rigging is god awful?
What if the creator does stuff like this and also basically supports witch hunting people?If anyone does want a refund, fully state to your bank or payment processor that they have changed the terms and basically pulled the rug on you and that you feel deceived.
When buying you agreed to certain terms and just changing them like this is already against the law in a lot of countries.
Many banks and payment processors will be happy to help advise if needed and that refund isn't so elusive as the creator would like. You can get one just based on the fact they are trying to police your freedom of speech. :3

damn i was pissed at "if you're an artist you must buy the model to accept commissions, but buying one for each separate account is just hilariously ridiculous

@hauntedhearts No this actually new and it's actually invasive. No other creator does this, not one. Even a custom commissioned model you can use it with a rebrand.
This was the only thing originally anywhere regarding multiple "identities." So they are trying to control things now. So honestly don't be surprised if we rarely get an update. -

If you want updates, you can either save and buy it yourself or pray that someone either deluded enough to still support team chaliz/or someone spiteful enough will post a new gift thread. But I wouldn't waste your time bumping for more updates here.

@S-Ripper This, I suggest going with Prism or 2wintail's model for a similar quality (better rigging arguably) and well supported one. I upset one of their defenders calling a spade a spade, but at least, even knowing their stuff got pirated, you won't get doxed, harassed or stalked by no talent vtubers defending the model creator. Even artists gotten burned by lizmeta and community at this point.

Tldr on what happened in slight out of order, they found out the model was being distributed, the OP was receiving doxxing threats and other hateful stuff (which had happened to another model on here and a kid got doxxed) and people were trying to share it privately through DMs and stuff. Ripperstore page got noticed, they got a whole thread and discord server worked up, their fans made a private army that began hunting people down and harassing them, another brave user said fuck this and uploaded the 1.1 version in a gift thread.
A streamer named Powdur who is known for being super dumb, said some dumb stuff that the creators didn't like so they tried to revoke her usage rights and tried changing their ToS that basically said if we don't like what you say, we're gonna revoke the license to use it and if you continue to use our model, you agree regardless of whether you bought it before the ToS change or not. Also, if you plan on using it across multiple accounts, you need to buy it again for each account and pad our wallet. BIG mistake as it pissed off a LOT of people, and the ToS is practically nonenforceable. The other poster here was fighting the death threats for a while until the ToS shit happened and had enough, said fuck updating this and got a refund and now no one really wants to post the updated model besides the beggars that use it. You can do that, but if you make any content using their model in Youtube, they will see that it's an unregistered account and might think you're a pirate since that social is never registered. That is the purpose of linking all your socials. To keep track unregistered people who use the model, ask for proof (receipt) and if the person can't give it, it's highly likely they are pirating the model.

@Meowth594 none of your business what happened with me and their community and it is none of your business what happened with that other person on that other model. It is completely off topic and just don't drag it on.
You can get doxxed even if you don't give any info. Look up OSINT. Basically using openly available information to dig more and more. Eventually you will find something.
Aside from that, they ask where you use it. If they see it anywhere and it doesn't line up with anyone who's bought it.
Example:
You say you only use YouTube, channel name "user1".They see a "user1" on twitch. You didn't report you used twitch so it goes against their TOS of having to tell them every platform.
Warning at best, at worst they'll say they revoke it for "deceiving" probably.

@Meowth594 I'm not rehashing this anymore than I already have. Do your own legwork if you want to know, and not on this thread. It isn't that hard for them to cross ref who is using it and didn't hand over their info. Fuck around and find out with them if you dare
