It isn't, I uploaded the PC and Quest version, the single package contains both prefabs.

It has been found, the quest model is not missing, I promise you that both the prefabs (PC, and Quest) are in the same package and zip file for the male and female. They're both in the same scene too, just make sure you have Poi toon, vrcfury and your sdk at least up to date to 3.8.1 iirc.
