This one looks kinda similar to the drawing https://forum.ripper.store/topic/87793/found-the-basic-taper-by-koiyoinu or this one https://forum.ripper.store/topic/86137/lf-zealotdkd-prehensile-peen-for-vrchat-and-blender/4 (you can remove the ridges, spikes, glans and knot through blendshapes for more taper/tentacle look), not sure if this is what y'all are looking for tho
