So to fix the eyelashes for quest go into blender and go into edit mode. Then click "L" on both lashes then click seprate by selection. And then reimport it into unity then make the lashes multiply from the particles menu and it's fixed. (I cannot send my version since I made personal edits but hopfully somone who knows blender can fix it..)
