This is going to be a nightmare to try and redo the substance ID work from scratch... does anyone have the .SPP files that might have come with the Ban itself? You would be a godsend

Please make sure you are extracting the file properly. Remember to use Winrar.
Right click the zipped file. Click "Winrar". Then, click "Open with Winrar".
You are not having issues downloading the file, you are simply not looking in the right places, nor do you know how to extract/open a file.
