need help changing the appearence of unity's tranform tool

while watching the included install video i noticed the creator's unity looks a bit different than mine and i was wondering how to make mine look like theirs, especially their transform tool circle? idk what its officially called, but hopefully who ever is reading this knows what im talking about. their tranform tool circle looks way more minimalistic/simplistic/2d compared to mine and all of the "extra" 3d stuff on mine is distracting and is honestly preventing me from accurately lining up the butt spank prefab, so any help on getting my transform tool to look like the one in the install video would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
