You can import GZ files directly into Unity through the [Assets] tab. Go down to "Import Package", select "Custom Package", then go to the tab that says "Unity Files", and pick "All files".
You will get your Aeroch.

@Silence-056 is that how to use packages that get exported as archtemp files?
I don't get why they can't just be unitypackage files instead
just makes a hassle of something so simple -

That being said, I get what you mean. However, GZ seems to be more to do with the Unity engine that was used to export the package.
I think the Unity Package for the Aeronach was either Unity version 2021, or older, while the Unity packages that tend to be easier to access simply by clicking on it, is Unity 2022.
I... Rather not try to repackage it. Unity Packages tend to be hit or miss for me, especially with my laptop pushing on six years.

@Silence-056 That's fair enough.
I was asking as I didn't know that was why some files I found would be archtemp and not unitypackage files.
Thank you for letting me know, this will help for future reference.
