I honestly have no idea, especially since I don't even know if it will ever be recoverable because it's only compatible with one game and its file is unfortunately adapted for devkit use @protagonist.

Former secondlife player here!
I was there for the open pony release and used it often (have most of the DLC stuff too) It's not nearly as bad to extract than most think BUT you will have to get ALL the files from where it's sold from (That being secondlife.) I COULD log back in and try to extract the files. but porting is gonna have to fall on someone else as that's not my area of expertise.

Next bit I must ask if you want the accessories, nsfw stuff etc. The open pony has a TON of things on SL so if I can nab the files maybe it can be much more customizable!

Working on this, I had been like six years away from sl and stuffs changed so some of old ways of doing it may not work. I'm doing research on what can work and what won't as well of nabbing a changeling mod from someone that's REALLLY cute!

I extracted the bases as well as many mane/tail styles and accessories, but it would take a long while to piece it all together. I had to redo the rig as well since it broke on me. But hopefully I can finish it soon
