That's definitely a model match, just some different colors and proportions. What I wanna know is, where can I find those pants?

@Mob definitely want those pants as well. Looking at the model though that seems to be a really drastic changed. Are we sure its the same base?

@Hokucho It could be, most likely. That, or it could be the head put onto a different model's frame. I personally believe it could just be some blender work on the frame.
