probably a dumb question but where are the textures? the model version I downloaded appears to not have any. its also missing the hat.

@ComradeSnuggly You probably only downloaded the avatar specific file.
You need to also get "Valkyrie_Material_Gimmick_Pack_v1.5.zip" which has the unitypackage with textures materials etc..
If adding it doesn't change anything right click the avatar specific folder in your assets and click "reimport", this should fix everything
