here is for gmod but does not have shapekeys@emotemanager wonder how similar the rigging is for gmod and the stuff for vrc. think any work would be transferrable?

@Papawerewolf i think, but i has to be done by someone to know about rigging, if i knew i would have do it already

i mean if you manage to import the gmod addon to blender you can make an fbx for unity, i think the rig would work on vrchat with some tweaks

i exported all the files from gmod
-a blender file, so if any of you guys that know can make shapekeys for the body and face, im asking for shapekeys because the body has 3 different meshes for the different outfits, that will make it not optimized if you want to use different outfits. Or you can upload different avatars with their respective outfits, also there is only one shapekey in the head mesh for blinking, so it will not have face expresion, or shapekey lipsync, but i think the the jaw bone controlled lipsync can work.
-there is folder with the png textures so you can make the materiales in unity
-there is an fbx file (you should know, but remember in the fbx to set the rig animation type to humanoid on your unity project) -
