I working on a Avatar Manager for VRChat
-
Hi, I'm a developer and a while ago I made a Discord bot using the VRChat API to verify accounts, but while exploring, I discovered that avatars can also be uploaded.
I've always had a theory: is it possible to extract the avatar files (.vrca) and upload them to another account to use them? It would be like a perfect copy of the avatar without needing to open Unity and wait for it to compile.
NOTE & IMPORTANT: I don't want to modify the file at all, just copy and paste the avatars using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. I'm currently working on a small project to test my theory.

nvm this project is canceled

Dang man, that was fast, sorry to hear that

It wouldnt work as there are backend checks that were implemented to find those, it used to work though. You can rip and reupload but you have to completely destroy the file structure and take out all broken ripped assets or the SDK will know its ripped

Yeah i know, that's why the project was canceled before was a thing XD
