i reverse searched it cause i thought it was cute too and this is what i got but when you look up the payhip of the creator they have no avatar listings and theres no other posts about the creator or of this avatar
unfortunately this avatar is nowhere to be found, the creator doesn't even sell it which sucks... The only thing i can suggest if to try and find all the parts and recreate it
