After I saw the twitter profile of the mentioned user I'm pretty sure it's Kainet and Meowiie's glaceon (which uses Deira as base model, https://jinxxy.com/Meowiie_Kainet/Glacy and/or https://meowiie.gumroad.com/l/Glacy), with a few added additions not included in the main package? Since I owned it I checked it out and none of the included toggles and options made the model look that voluptuous (mainly the breasts) so i wonder where the underwear was found since everything I skimmed through in relation to Deira doesnt support the bigger breast slider

Here are the things I found scouring their Twitter just now, doesn't help for getting the model but for the base stuff, yes!

It looks like a lot of work, but I'll try to replicate what they'd done in blender, don't expect much as I'm very rusty with anything blender related

From what I've been able to gather she used Milltina's breats and just swapped it with the Deira base, I'll be doing the same thing here.

Work will be rather slow because I've been hit with a nasty fever, but I'll keep you guys' updated

@Meowlwooo Oh nice! I feel like I'd need the help eventually, as of right now I'm trying to confirm if they had really switch up the base Deira's breasts with Milltina's one.

There's this one blend shape on the Deira body called Breasts which could be one of the things they've tinkered with to make the body look more voluptuous, however...

If you look closer it makes the breasts look more blocky, and at least I don't think that was what they did
