this seems to be a custom made private avatar of koumei in spacetato's modeling style.
i dont think the owner of this model is willing to give it out, but only time will tell.
hopefully we can get this, or a fan-made version. either one will work -
It is made by spacetato, and was commissioned by them for a user named Silver. And the price of there commissions is a total of $200. So trying to get it seems to be very difficult, ripping it may be the only solution

The guy who commissioned it sells it to people, that is Spacetatos style to a T you must be dense to not recognize that
