Vrchat Asset Archive Current Size - 680GB

Hello all I know it has been a second. I am sorry for going quiet for so long. I had originally planned to have my drive offline for at max a few months but due to a series of unfortunate events that was extended. I lost a lot of motivation

Unfortunately most of the drive has been lost due to the corruption of data due to a failed drive
around 160gb of the 800gb intact. so much is inconsistent pictures and assets are missing. i will over time remove pictures of assets I'm no longer have but will likely sort assets without pictures into different folders -
Please request certain bases and assets you are hopeing to appear in the drive so i can add them to the best of my ability. I do not have the raw amount of time i used to have to add to this drive so for the most part I shall be adding by request.

Good news. Due to the absolute chad @deem who has physical copy's of large amounts of original files from my drive much of it will be returning. Plus more in some cases
Apologies for the drive being down for a long spell My life got hectic with a shift of jobs and my plan to transfer the drive to another Gmail got halted mid process. The drive now has its own Gmail so even if i don't pay for a month I can just turn it back on the next

@deem that would be awesome. depending on how its sorted i would either give it its own dedicated section or try and sort it into the main drive. May i ask what you have it hosted on?

I have it self hosted on my own server atm. And that's the problem. It basicly doxes me if i share it since it's direct IP. Iv been trying to get my friends to help me sort it. But it's not going well.

@deem I have used the service rice drive in the past to transfer between different cloud drive services and i think they do some self hosting options so it might be worth checking out. how large is the drive?

Total size of asset folders is somewhere north of 5tb.

@deem oof wow ya that is def a amount that is hard to manage. where did you get all that lol. what software do you use to host it

Currently using copyparty, and I have bots on discord, and various chans that watch for archive links and dump them to jdownlader.
I may have some of your old archive already archived.

@deem hmm the only way im seeing rn is if i upgraded my google drive and maybe gave you access to the email. I gave it a dedicated one with recovery settings applyed. And you used google sync but with security on the email it might be tricky

I remembered I downloaded a link with the exactly same title "VRCHAR ASSETS" for about 800GB on 2025/08 and upload all of them to my OneDrive for backing up. I remember exactly it is on Mega because I subscribed Mega for one month to download it. Then my OneDrive account got banned for unknown reason on the last month, and I send many appeals to MS support, still not got result now... So I try to find the collection share link many times in the last month, don't find it. May I ask is it your share? I remembered there is a folder named "BEING PROCESSED" or something similar in it. If it is your share and you need it, I can share them to you once I got my account back.
